About the stuffy nose...
Winter is still here and spring is almost coming. And we all are bound to have some sort of stuffy runny nose. If you are one of those people with hay fever or the cold, read on for more tips and tricks to deal with that stuffy nose.
Winter is still here and spring is almost coming. And we all are bound to have some sort of stuffy runny nose. If you are one of those people with hay fever or the cold, read on for more tips and tricks to deal with that stuffy nose.
Tip #1: Make sure to do some deep breathing before bed
I realize some experts say that you should not deep breath before bed because you will find it harder to sleep. But I found the opposite is true if you have stuffy nose. If you have stuffy nose, it is more difficult to breath, thus, it will be harder to sleep. And I would very much prefer to deep breath to clear up my nose so that I can get a little bit of sleeping done.
Tip #2: Going along with deep breathing before bed, make sure to do this exercise
To do this exercise, place your thumb over your right nostril, and your ring finger over the left nostril to close the air passage way. then breath through one a time. Make sure to switch sides.
Tip #3: Blow your nose one at a time
Blowing your nose one at a time is more efficient than blowing two at the same time. With one closed, more power can be used to get that dirty stuff out.
